Our Senior Associates work directly with the client on a day-to-day basis taking the initiative to bring innovation and identify new approaches that bring value to our clients. They manage, plan and execute major elements of a project using the T3 TigerTech engagement method and mentor the team. They lead teams to create integrated responses to client challenges and introduce competences from across T3 TigerTech. They understand best practices and know how to apply them to manage risk and achieve maximum benefit for the client. They possess excellent oral and written communications skills and can clearly convey key concepts to others. Our Senior Associates conduct quality peer reviews of deliverables and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget. Many of our Senior Associates have multiple degrees and are proficient in Lean Six Sigma.

They work closely with the Senior Associates and their peers to proactively develop ideas for follow-on to current projects. They Identify best practices through research and contribute ideas. They perform complex assigned tasks with excellence, on time, and within budget. Our Associates are open-minded and eager to understand and ask questions that help clarify ambiguities. They have the ability to help draft proposal chapters, tailor resumes and past performance. Our Consultants have bachelor’s degrees in technical and STEM disciplines and specialties. Each consultant participates in an intensive two-year mentorship program with a designated T3-TigerTech Senior Associate as they develop experience and judgment. To be selected as a consultant, they must be able to ‘connect-the-dots’, and have a proven potential as an innovator who can quickly grasp complex concepts, turn them into insights, and execute ideas to achieve outstanding results. They understand the obligations of the contract and they work responsibly to deliver assignments on time and within budget.
